First Lady Michelle Obama told the Olympic Committee that she had great memories of sitting in her father’s lap and watching Carl Lewis run in the Olympics. She was 20 years old when the 1984 Olympic games occurred. Oops! That is like John Kerry saying on the Senate floor that it was seared in his memory that he was in Cambodia on Christmas Eve.
