ICE: System Flags 111,000 “Criminal Aliens”

The Houston Chronicle reported on November 13, 2009 that ICE: System flags 111,000 “criminal aliens” in the first year.  Out of this more than 16,500 people, identified through the program have already been removed from the country.  My question is:  What happened to the 94,500 that were not removed?  Are these the same people that Congress wants to receive health care benefits without requiring proof of citizenship?

When are our immigration laws going to be enforced?  Should we replace Homeland Security head Napolitano with Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio?
