The man who occupies the Oval Office has a distinct strategy to quell opposition of any kind to his policies and the Republicans and Democrats in Congress are letting him do it. This strategy is found not in his words, but in his legislative and legal actions. The Defense Authorization Act set very general language in its Section 1021 that did not require (key word) the government to detain US citizens without due process, and it exempted US citizens from the requirement, but the way the language is written, the president can call for a waiver due to a national emergency and actually detain US citizens without due process. Since then, however, the president has issued Executive Orders (EOs) that leave no doubt.

Friday March 16, he issued the Defense Resource Preparedness EO which ordered the nationalization of all of America’s natural resources, energy, private industry, property, transportation, food resources, health supplies, farm equipment, technology and potable water. All the president has to do is declare a national emergency. On April 23 and again on May 16, the president issued EOs declaring a national emergency that people materially opposing his policies in Syria, Iran and Yemen could have their property confiscated because they are considered threats to national security. These EOs specifically stated that US citizens were included.

The president was dealt at least a temporary blow on May 16 when US District Judge Katherine Forrest ruled that the National Defense Authorization Act violates the First and Fifth Amendments. Forrest issued a preliminary injunction preventing the Administration from enforcing section 1021 pending further court or congressional action. Notwithstanding, each of these EOs and laws that undermine the Bill of Rights must be challenged otherwise they will remain in effect. The Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Act–passed overwhelmingly and immediately signed by the president–makes it a felony to protest or impede government business in a “restricted area” which could be arbitrarily determined.

What happens if Americans impede the business of government while protesting? Isn’t the right to assemble and speak what the First Amendment was designed to protect? What prevents the president from declaring it a national emergency against criticizing Islam? Or same sex marriage? Where is the outrage from the salt and light? Has Christianity become so neutered by bad doctrine that it no longer will stand against evil? Nations are comprised of people. We are a Christian nation because Christians occupy it. Have we no longer the will to occupy that the thief has clear access to our liberty?

In Jeremiah 4 there is an account of the Lord calling for repentance and expressing sorrow for the doomed nation of Israel. I cannot help but think that in spite of warning after warning, so many Americans, so many Christians, nonchalantly go about their business with no concern about the encroaching evil that will squeeze the lifeblood from them and their children. Verse 18 says, “Your way and your doings have procured these things unto you.” How many people in the nations around the world envy our freedom, yet we are complacent to allow an evil rebellion to take it from us without so much as a shout.

Americans are now seeing just how Executive Orders ignoring due process and the Bill of Rights will take effect and be enforced. The man who occupies the Oval Office on May 16  declared a national emergency and has authorized the Treasury Secretary to confiscate property “within the possession or control of any United States person” who may be critical of Yemen’s government. “Blocking Property of Persons Threatening the Peace, Security, or Stability of Yemen” authorizes the government to confiscate the property of American citizens or otherwise who the White House considers a threat to the Muslim Brotherhood and al Qaeda backed government of Yemen.

If you are publicly in dissent about the White House assisting in overthrowing Yemen’s government, you could be considered a national security threat and your property will be taken, your assets frozen. The president wrote in this EO “the actions and policies of certain members of the Government of Yemen and others threaten Yemen’s peace, security, and stability…I further find that these actions constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.” He ordered “all property and interests in property” are blocked of people who may be assisting opposition to Yemen’s government.If you are in active political opposition to Yemen’s White House-backed government or are donating “funds, goods, services” to anyone helping Yemen’s opposition, your property can be taken without due process. The chilling definition in this EO is this: Sec. 7. (c) “the term “United States person” means any United States citizen, permanent resident alien, entity organized under the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction within the United States (including foreign branches), or any person in the United States.” Further, he uses the “state of emergency” to suspend the rights of persons who “might have a constitutional presence in the United States. This is the second such EO with this definition in 23 days.

The president is testing his executive authority in suspending the Bill of Rights and Constitutional guarantees. If no one moves to stop him, a legal precedent will be established that can be used in any so-called “declared emergency.” Furthermore, the president is using the full weight of the US government to establish a Muslim Brotherhood jihadist government in Yemen. The Muslim Brotherhood has vowed to create a “Civilization Jihad” in America to destroy its “miserable house.”  Proverbs 28:15 says, “As a roaring lion, and a raging bear; so is a wicked ruler over the poor people.” In America, at least for now, we have the right to choose our leaders. We had better choose wisely.

American Civil Liberties Union

Liberal disdain for all things Christian, and the desire to remove all vestiges of Christianity from public view so as to pack the Christian faith into the four walls of the church, and no place else, is nothing new. The American Civil Liberties Union has been one of those organizations at the forefront of limiting biblical exposure to the general public. 

The Ten Commandments posted at schools, courts, and government owned locations, has been repeatedly attacked, but the judges have refused to take the final step desired by the ACLU, and other similar groups, of banning the Ten Commandments from these locations. In the hopes of eliminating the Ten Commandments from public view of our children, the ACLU has embarked on a new tactic, arguing that the display of the Ten Commandments at places like schools is unconstitutional if people who actually believe in the biblical laws advocate it.

The hearing was held by U.S. District Court Judge Michael Urbanski, in which the School Board of Giles County fought to allow a private individual to donate a display of dozens of American law’s foundational documents, including the Ten Commandments. The ACLU is arguing that the display is unconstitutional because a school board member admittedly voted to allow the donation based on his own Christian beliefs.

Doe v. School Board of Giles County began in 2010, when the Freedom from Religion Foundation filed a complaint over a long-standing display of the Ten Commandments hung at Narrows High School, in Narrows, Virginia.

Removal of the display in Narrows was followed by local protest, so the school board by a 3-2 vote permitted a private citizen – using no public funds – to create a display for the school featuring a number of important historical documents, including the Magna Carta, Declaration of Independence, Mayflower Compact, the Ten Commandments and even Thomas Jefferson’s letter to the Danbury Baptists, from which the liberals involved in American law derives the phrase “separation of church and state.”

The federal courts have found such displays to be within constitutional bounds, but the ACLU filed suit anyway, using their new tactic.

Counsel representing the school board have indicated the actions were entirely constitutional, whether the members happen to be Christian or not.

“The ACLU has done everything it could to run from the facts and the laws that control this case,” said Mathew D. Staver, founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel, in a statement. “The Foundations of American Law and Government display has been upheld by multiple federal courts of appeal. It is clearly

appropriate to include the Ten Commandments in a display on law, because there is no dispute that they helped shape American law and government.”

After hearing the case, Judge Michael Urbanski suggested reducing the Ten Commandments to Six – as if he knows better than God. The reduction, the judge argued, would neutralize the religious overtones of the commandments as a display on school grounds.

Remove the first four commandments, which are clearly religious in nature, and leave the remaining six, which make more secular commands, such as do not kill or steal. That’s his argument.

Liberalism is doing whatever it can to wipe God out of existence, because they believe they are above Him, that man is above Him. . . chalk all this out as just another episode in the continuing saga of man’s rebellion against God.

As for the Constitutional angle on this, the whole premise is screwed up. Where in the Constitution does it use the words “separation of church and state?” It doesn’t. The whole root of this is wrong. The First Amendment was not written to protect government from religion, but to protect religion from the government.

1st Amendment Text: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

When discussing religious freedoms in America, we must understand the root of why the First Amendment was written in the manner that it was. The first part of the First Amendment addresses religion. The frame of reference of the Founding Fathers was Europe, and more specifically, England. In England the Church of England greatly influenced the centralized governmental system because the king set himself up as head of the church. In return, the politicians greatly influenced The Church. There was no separation between powers of the king and the church. The problem, the Founding Fathers reasoned, was not faith in God, but the establishment of a State Church. Therefore, the founders determined that the federal government must not establish a state religion.

The second part of that clause was clearly designed to protect the various religious exercises by Americans from the government by instructing government to not prohibit the free exercise of religion.

Freedom of religion was a big deal with those early Americans.  The importance of religious freedom during that time period is common knowledge.  Even the textbooks in today’s public school system reveals that the Pilgrims first came to The New World in search of religious freedom.

Through the passage of time secular forces in our society have worked to undermine the first clause of the First Amendment.  Americans have been conditioned to believe in a concept known as “The Separation of Church and State.” The concept has determined that the church is to have no influence, no matter how subtle, on government for any reason.  Therefore, reason the secularists, any mention of God in the same breath with the federal government is in direct violation of the First Amendment.

To understand the error of the concept of “Separation of Church and State” in today’s society, we must go back and discover the origination of the idea. To understand the truth, we must recognize the language used in the writings of the founders, as well as grasp the history of the colonies – including a series of letters between the federal government and the Danbury Baptists of Connecticut, culminating in the letters to Thomas Jefferson after he became President of the United States in 1800.

Each of the colonies began as a collection of like-minded religious folk that wanted freedom for their religion (not necessarily freedom of all religions). In Jamestown, in 1610, Dales Law mandated the Jamestown colonists to attend Anglican worship. The law went so far as to have provisions against criticism against the church. Violation of Dales Law could even lead to death. The Puritan Colonies to the north had similar laws, even setting up their governments in accordance with Puritan Law. Connecticut was one of those Puritan Colonies, and in 1639 the colony enacted “The Fundamental Orders of Connecticut.” The law set Connecticut up as a theocracy, disallowing non-Puritans from holding office. The government was the church, and the church was the government.

This practice of religious preference was not limited to Connecticut. All of the States enforced established religions, except Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.

Though Pennsylvania was largely a Quaker state, William Penn believed that religion should be free from state control, so Pennsylvania did not persecute non-Quakers. However, in Pennsylvania, in order to hold office, you had to be a Christian.

Rhode Island, founded in 1636 as a colony, was based on the principle of true religious liberty, and took in folks who were trying to escape the religious persecution of the other colonies.

Connecticut’s Puritan dominated landscape treated non-Puritans as second class citizens. There was a group of Baptists in Danbury, Connecticut who were tired of being treated in this manner.

Thomas Jefferson drafted the Virginia Act For Establishing Religious Freedom in Virginia, and with James Madison’s assistance, finally got it enacted into law in 1786. So after many letters to President Adams that resulted in no assistance, the Danbury Baptists were excited about Jefferson winning the presidential election in 1800. Finally, they would have someone in office that would help them in their plight for religious freedoms in Connecticut.

The Danbury Baptists wrote to Jefferson to congratulate him for his win in the 1800 Presidential Election, and to appeal to him for help. Thomas Jefferson responded with a letter that carries the line, “a wall of separation between church and state,” which has become the source from which the infamous concept of Separation of Church and State was eventually derived from.

The Founding Fathers desired that Americans be free to worship as they wished, without being compelled by government through an established religion. The key, however, is that they not only did not want the federal government compelling a person through laws regarding religion, but that the government shall not “prohibit the free exercise thereof.”

Thomas Jefferson, as indicated in his letter to the Danbury Baptists, and his other writings, was against the government establishing a “State Church.” However, he also believed that men should be free to exercise their religion as they deem fit, and not be forced to follow a government mandate that may prohibit religion.

The Danbury Baptists were concerned over local religious freedoms, but Jefferson was clear, the federal government could not mandate anything in regards to religion. It is a State issue, and the Danbury Baptists needed to address the issue themselves at the State level. Jefferson’s reference to a wall of separation was an explanation that the federal government cannot prohibit the free exercise of religion for any reason, including on public grounds, but if a State was to prohibit the free exercise of religion, or establish a state church, it was an issue that must be resolved at the State level. The federal government could not get involved.

What this all means is that the case brought about by the ACLU against the Giles County School Board should never have gotten to the federal courts. Judge Urbanski has no constitutional authority to rule on the case, for religion is a State issue. His ruling, and suggestion that the Ten Commandments ought to be knocked down to Six on the display, is not only appalling, but illegal.

The federal government thinks it has the right to dictate what happens in the schools because the learning institutions receive federal funds, which is yet another unconstitutional practice.

The Contact

 7 May 2012:  It was not the proverbial 3:00 a.m. phone call, but close enough. And it was not made to the White House, but to my house, which is not white nor is it in DC. It was about 2:30 a.m. on 25 April 2012, and the call itself was somewhat unexpected. I had anticipated the telephone call from my DHS insider much earlier the previous day, but our schedules didn’t synch up. I was traveling on an investigative assignment, while my source was in meetings all day. I had just fallen asleep, and was slumbering no more than 20 minutes when the phone rang.

In most households, a ringing phone at that time of night causes concern for everyone who hears it. In my household, it seems to surprise only my surly, 140 pound light-sleeping German Shepherd. He let out an objective grunt as I stepped over him to take the call in another room. It was “Rosebud,” the code name given of my insider source.

About Rosebud

Just a little bit here about my source and his “super-secret code name.” I’ve known this government insider since 1979, when he first became a municipal patrol officer. He took a job in a bigger city and had a very successful run as a cop. Before retirement and after the events of 9/11, he was tapped by the feds, where he worked in various capacities under the umbrella of DHS. He worked his way up, and suddenly found himself in what he terms the inner sanctum of the “TEC” building. TEC, he explains, is  an acronym for what he calls “The Estrogen Challenged,” which houses the upper echelon of the Department of Homeland Security. I’ll leave it at that.

As far as his code name, it originates from an incident that occurred at the end of the disco era. It is something that we both privately laugh about, but rarely ever talk about. His “code name” is known to him, me, and at the time, a young woman who has since vanished amid the glitter of a disco balls and constant replays of the Bee Gees in a dark nightclub some 32 years ago and has no “cloak and dagger” origins.

But he is real, his position serious, and his knowledge vast. Unfortunately, that’s what makes the whole situation frightening and deadly serious.

The information

It began on Wednesday, 2 May 2012 with a 45-minute interview on TruNews with Rick Wiles when I first disclosed the information I received the previous week from my source. The information I relayed “went viral,” as they say, across the internet.

To support the statements I made during that interview, I am showing my handwritten notes taken contemporaneously during our conversation. My notes consist of two pages and are, at various points,  admittedly difficult to decipher. I ask that points not be deducted for my penmanship given the time of the morning which they were taken.

According to my source, there is talk among the highest levels of the uppermost echelon of the Department of Homeland Security, which he describes as effectively under the control of Barack Hussein Obama. During this call, he said that the DHS is actively preparing for massive social unrest inside the United States. He then corrected himself, stating that “a civil war” is the more appropriate term. Certain elements of the government are not only expecting and preparing for it, they are actually facilitating it,” stated my source.

“The DHS takes their marching orders from the Obama administration, from Obama himself, but mostly from his un-appointed czars. And Jarrett, especially Valerie Jarrett. Don’t think for a minute that the administration is doing anything to stabilize events in the U.S. They are revolutionaries, and revolutionaries thrive on chaos,” he added.

My source stated that he has not seen things this bad since he began working within DHS. “It’s like they [DHS agency heads] don’t care about what the American people see or feel about what the DHS agencies are doing. They figure that if the average American will put up with being “sexually groped and nuked” just to fly, they’ll accept almost anything. “That’s why their actions are becoming more overt.  ”It’s in your face and the brass actually chuckle about it” said my source.

New Information

Astounded by the information my source provided “going viral,” I spoke to him again early Sunday morning. This was a scheduled telephone call (as noted on page 2 of my notes) based on a high level meeting of DHS personnel that was scheduled for and took place in Chantilly, Virginia on Saturday, 5 May 2012.  He hoped to provide me with more information to supplement that which he already given. Although he was not personally present, his source was. While he would not say who was at the meeting on Saturday or give its precise location, he said that the many of the names would be recognizable. He spoke to his source late Saturday night.

I contacted him on his cellular phone early Sunday morning to get the promised update.

“Geez, nice job on getting the word out about what’s really going on at DHS and in this administration,” were the first words out of his mouth, followed by “thanks a lot.” I asked him why he would be thanking me. “I just wanna tell you that I’m going to have to hire someone to start my car, and I’m surely not going for any rides in small planes in the immediate future,” he said with a bit of nervous laughter. “I hope no one finds out who I am or it’s going to be more than my pension I’ll have to worry about.”

“I can tell you word is getting out that people are starting to wake up, which is causing a lot of ‘pissed off brass.’  I can’t tell if they are more desperate or upset about the exposure, but the tone is starting to become a lot more tense. I hope that we’re having something to do with that,” he added.

With that, he provided me with additional information to supplement that which he already given me on 25 April. For clarity purposes, I have combined the information together from both contacts. The following information includes the updated information provided to me Sunday morning.

Obama the revolutionary

Metaphorically speaking, there’s a revolution going on in the U.S., propped up by three legs. Economic chaos, chaos through racial division, and chaos through class division, all joined by one core element: Barack Hussein Obama and his stable of unelected czars. Obama is using the lessons learned in 1968 as the template for 2012, and many of those who were active in the late 1960′s are now calling the shots for 2012.

“The Obama administration and many of the un-appointed ‘czars,’, either directly or indirectly, are engaged in covert activities with the occupy movement, various labor protests, and other subversive activities inside the U.S.,” stated my source. Using untracked campaign funds, they are paying people to infiltrate the various movements to cause physical destruction of property and disrupt commerce. That began last year, but has increased ten-fold already this year,” stated this source. He added that they are using some lower level DHS agents to make the payments under the context of tracking subversives, but they are the unwitting subversives. “It’s like Fast & Furious” but in the social realm,” he added.

“Obama is using some high profile people as pawns to foment the revolution. I heard several times through very credible sources that [Louis] Farrakhan is on the CIA payroll. Other have been named as well, but I’m not prepared to identify them yet. Farrakhan is to coordinate the Blacks and the Muslims to prepare for riots this summer, using any means necessary.”

“Mentioned at the meeting Saturday were methods to use pawns to simulate the rioting in the Arab Spring countries, but to the benefit of this administration. A controlled chaos thing,” stated my source. They envision rioting starting in the urban areas first, such as New York and other major cities, followed by a disruption of business and commerce. This will allow the DHS to mobilize their various teams into the streets of America without objection of the people,” stated my source.

“They want to restrict travel, if not through high energy prices, then by checkpoints and curfews mandated by rioting and unrest. They understand we are the most well-armed nation in the world, yet they are aware of our vulnerabilities and intend to fully exploit them,” he added. The whole purpose is to keep Obama in office for another term, no matter how unpopular he is, as he is not finished changing our country from a Constitutional Republic. This is the run-up to the 2012 elections, or perhaps causing enough chaos to delay them – indefinitely.”

One statement that rattled me more than anything was that a great number of those already in power, whether in appointed or elected positions, actually want to see Obama stay in power, according to this source. “This is what we’ve been working toward and we’re closer now than we’ve ever been. If we lose now, we might not have another chance.”

This chilling common goal also explains the lack of interest in the Constitutional legitimacy of Obama. It is common knowledge that Obama is not an American, and neither is his agenda. Of course, criticism of his bona-fides feeds into the cries of racism, despite the massive fraud perpetrated on the American people. Party lines are meaningless when the common objective is the revolutionary overtaking of America.

Obama, the professor of Keynesian economics

“The Obama administration is working closely with Bernanke, Geithner and others not to save our economy, but to outright destroy it. He is not the first or only one to try this, but the most effective and most vetted for that purpose. Do you actually think that the fact that Timothy Geithner’s father worked with Obama’s mother in Indonesia was coincidental,” stated my source rhetorically. “What we’re seeing now is the fourth quarter of a game that started long ago, which also currently involves the Clintons. Obama would not be where he is if it were not for the Clintons, and to a lesser extent, Bush, but that’s for  other reasons.  Don’t be fooled, the Clintons never left or lost power,” he added.

“There are file drawers full of papers, heavily guarded papers at the ‘TEC building’  so I can only imagine what’s in them, about international financial dealings going back decades. I do know, or at least I was told, that they involve organizations that are the so-called conspiracy fringe groups, such as the Bilderberg group, the Trilateral Commission, and people including George Soros, Henry Kissinger, and current leaders of big industry. Some are fossils. They’ve been around a long time. Others are up-and-coming. They’ve got one thing in common though, and that is to put in place a global system of governance, including a common currency. Economics is a huge part of this revolution, and they want to replace the dollar, to see it collapse. They expect, that is, they are working toward this very goal, and when this happens, it will cause chaos like never seen before in the history of this country.”

“Why do you think Jon Corzine is not only walking around, but heavily involved in Obama fundraising? They know it’s just a matter of time that Europe will implode economically, and when it does, start counting the days before we see massive hyperinflation and the ultimate collapse of the U.S. dollar,” stated this insider.  ”What will it look like in the streets of America when the general population realizes that there is no money? That’s right, chaos.”

Obama & the planned racial divide

According to this insider, the Trayvon Martin case is just the tip of the iceberg. “You certainly don’t have to be a genius to understand how Obama and his team played the public on this issue, and it’s far from over. But that’s not the sole element of what we’ll see this summer.”

“Remember the shots fired at the White House not too long ago,” asked my source. There was an element of outrage that was squandered, according to ‘team Obama.’  In fact, Obama and some of his closest advisors, especially [Valerie] Jarrett were incredibly angered that the outrage was seemingly tempered. It should have been an opportunity to use our force against the Tea Parties, the gun clingers, the Constitutionalists, and everyone who has complained about Obama. DHS should have stepped in right then, and used that event to start the clampdown,” this source stated about White House comments.

This source stated that from that point on, the DHS must become more responsive and aggressive.

 Watch for a false flag event against Obama or his family, something that will outrage ‘black America.’ It will be carefully choreographed, but executed in a manner that will evoke the ugliest of reactions and create racial chaos in this country that will make the Watts riots, 1968 and the Rodney King riots pale in comparison. That’s the third leg in this.”

The planned end-game

Does Obama look worried about the upcoming elections? Look at his lavish vacations, his limited work schedule, and those with whom he is working.  This is a very dangerous man who has, as his closest advisors, people who have orchestrated the revolutions of the 1960′s. They know the “trigger points” in  America.

The Obama administration, including his czars and along with his closest Progressive supporters, are planning a manufactured insurgency against America. He is using the media to his advantage to garner both sympathy and support for his unfinished goals. He is desperately seeking a way to remain in office, even if it means the surreal prospect of an indefinite postponement of elections – if it can be pulled off. So far, he’s got the support of the majority of the DHS “brass” behind him, according to my source.

“They’re power hungry, and they want to remain in charge,” stated this source.

The “surreal” aspect of suspended elections won’t look so surreal when you see any or all of the “trigger points” take place in the not-so-distant future.

“The end-game plan for America is its destruction as a Constitutional Republic, with the assistance of the agencies under the umbrella of the DHS.”

My source stated one more thing that seemed to tie things together. He urged me to recall the quote by made by Henry Kissinger who was speaking at a Bilderberg meeting at Evian, France, on 21 May 1992:

Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful. This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government.

That threat need not be from beyond. All it might take is a world of starving, broke and desperate people.

The Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 1:24-28: “Wherefore YHVH also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of YHVH into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever, Amen. For this cause YHVH gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that reward of their error which was due.”YHVH said in Leviticus 18:22: “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.” YHVH said in Leviticus 20:13: “If a man also lie with mankind as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.”  Genesis 1:27-28 says, “So YHVH created man in his own image, in the image of YHVH created he him; male and female created he them. And YHVH blessed them, and YHVH said unto them, Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth.”

1 Corinthians 7:2 says, “Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.” Yeshua said in Matthew 19:4-6, “Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, and said For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore YHVH hath joined together, let not man put asunder.” The man who occupies the Oval Office by his very position in leadership is no less attempting to put asunder, even destroy, the very foundation of family and replace it with abomination. The scriptures are clear on this issue.

 Last week Israel activated thousands of reservists to help confront the most dangerous set of security challenges in the nation’s 64-year history. That is why the U.S. House of Representatives should immediately reaffirm America’s unshakable support for Israel by passing the U.S.-Israel Enhanced Security Cooperation Act (H.R. 4133). That act is expected to come to the House floor this week.

The act, which was introduced by Rep. Eric Cantor (R-Va.) and House Minority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.), recognizes an unprecedented set of security challenges facing the Jewish nation: Arab political instability, the rapidly growing arsenals of Hamas and Hezbollah, and Iran’s nuclear drive.

In March, Rep. Cantor accused President Barack Obama of sending “mixed messages” to Israel’s enemies about where America stands on numerous conflicts in the Middle East. “Let us not send mixed messages when it comes to Israel,” Cantor said.

Passage of the act, according to Cantor, will affirm the deep military and security ties forged over the past decades between the U.S. and the State of Israel. Further, it will reiterate U.S. policy guaranteeing Israel’s right to defend itself and “America’s unshakable commitment to Israel’s security.”

Consider the confluence of three security crises facing Israel, a nation of 7.6 million that is the size of New Jersey at the heart of the tumultuous Middle East.

First, Israel activated six army battalions under emergency orders in light of new dangers created by Arab political instability along its Egyptian and Syrian borders. The Knesset, Israel’s parliament, has given the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) permission to summon a further 16 reserve battalions if necessary.

“This signifies that the IDF regards the Egyptian and Syrian borders as the potential source of a greater threat than in the past,” said retired General Dan Harel, the former IDF deputy chief of staff. Harel said Egypt’s deteriorating control over the Sinai and the Syrian situation “could explode at any moment.”

Israel’s security challenges in the Sinai are a direct result of Egypt’s ongoing political revolution. Egypt’s new parliament is dominated by anti-Israel Islamists and later this month Egyptians will elect a president from among a list of candidates who all hate Israel.

Egypt’s leading presidential candidate Amr Moussa said the 33-year-old Camp David Peace Accords with Israel are “dead and buried.” But he promised to honor the treaty if elected even though majorities in Egypt’s parliament belong to Islamist parties which favor scuttling the treaty.

The rabidly anti-Israel Egyptian political power surge evidently affected security along the Israel-Egypt 150-mile Sinai border which prompted Jerusalem to call up the reserves. The Sinai Peninsula is now a lawless region for Bedouin gangs and terrorists, who smuggle weapons such as anti-aircraft missile launchers, repeatedly bomb the pipeline carrying gas to Israel, kidnap and kill foreign nationals, and rocket Israel’s Red Sea resort of Eilat.

Israeli intelligence indicate terror groups are planning cross-border attacks from the Sinai and recently 400 armed Bedouins besieged the base of the United Nation’s International Peacekeeping Force in the Sinai. Now, Egyptian battalions are in the Sinai ostensibly to keep the peace but some Israelis fear they are really there to prepare for a future war with Israel.

Jerusalem also fears the revolution rocking its northern neighbor Syria could spill over into Israel’s Golan Heights. Syria’s President Bashir al-Assad is doing whatever necessary to defeat his armed opposition and is expected to survive because no outside power to include the U.S. will intervene. For now, the worst outcome from the Syrian debacle for Israel is the emergence of an Islamist-driven counterinsurgency that spreads throughout the region.

Jordan, Israel’s eastern neighbor, is especially concerned about Syrian Sunni militancy spilling over into Jordan if Assad’s regime collapses. Those Sunni militants who are supported by Syria’s Muslim Brotherhood would inevitably influence their politically active Jordanian counterparts who are already challenging King Abdullah’s reign.

Last week, the Jordanian Muslim Brotherhood sponsored protests across the Hashemite Kingdom calling for economic and political reform as well as condemning Israel. The protests were marked by calls to end the 1994 Israeli-Jordanian Peace Treaty and chants of “death, death to Israel.” Israel is rightly concerned about Jordan’s stability.

Second, Israel is sandwiched by Hamas in the Gaza Strip and Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, both Iranian terror proxies that share the goal of annihilating Israel. The leaders of the two terror organizations recently met and agreed to cooperate in any future terror attacks against Israel, the Lebanese daily As-Safir reported.

War with the terror proxies may be just around the corner. Last week Iranian vice president Mohammad Reza Rehimi toured Lebanon’s border visiting Hezbollah fortifications emphasizing the need to oppose “the Zionist regime.” At the same time on the other side of the border IDF troops were preparing for possible attack while building a 20 foot high wall to protect residents of the border town of Metula.

Hezbollah which controls Lebanon south of the Litani River—an area 18 miles north of the Israel-Lebanon border—is ready for a repeat war with Israel. It fought a 34-day sustained battle with Israel in 2006 launching nearly 4,000 rockets. The terror group has a refreshed arsenal thanks to Iran and some of its new rockets can range Tel Aviv, Israel’s largest city.

Hamas, also a U.S. designated terrorist group, controls the Gaza Strip, a part of the Palestinian territories inside Israel. Hamas enjoys the support of Egypt’s ruling Muslim Brotherhood, which allows arms shipments into the terrorist haven. In 2011, 627 rockets were fired from Gaza into Israeli towns which is higher than in 2010, when 566 rockets were fired. The threat is growing thanks to Egypt and Iran.

Third, Israel faces an existential threat from the Islamic Republic of Iran whose leaders have threatened to “wipe Israel off the map.” There is international consensus that Iran is working on the capability to build nuclear weapons, which earned the rogue nation four sets of international sanctions.

Those sanctions appear to be having some effect but not enough to convince Israel that Iran no longer seeks nuclear weapons. Besides, the direct nuclear threat to Israel posed by Iran’s future atomic-tipped missiles is not the only concern. Jerusalem is also concerned Tehran would share the bomb with terror groups like Hezbollah and/or Hamas for use against Israel and it is concerned a nuclear-armed Iran would spark an irreversible regional arms race.

Last month Iran met with international representatives to alleviate fears it intends to weaponize its nuclear program. As a result of that meeting international representatives agreed to re-launch talks later this month but almost immediately Iranian officials created new barriers to resolution.

Last week, the Iranians told Reuters they will never suspend uranium enrichment or close the Fordow underground facility which is protected from air strikes deep inside a mountain. The international community demands Iran close the Fordow facility and stop enriching uranium for other than nuclear power plants. This crisis is heating up.

The U.S.-Israel Enhanced Security Cooperation Act is desperately needed to send an unambiguous message that America is committed to Israel’s security especially as the region implodes around the tiny state.

In a riveting interview on TruNews Radio, Wednesday, private investigator Doug Hagmann said high-level, reliable sources told him the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is preparing for “massive civil war” in America.

“Folks, we’re getting ready for one massive economic collapse,” Hagmann told TruNews host Rick Wiles.

We have problems . . . The federal government is preparing for civil uprising,” he added, “so every time you hear about troop movements, every time you hear about movements of military equipment, the militarization of the police, the buying of the ammunition, all of this is . . . they (DHS) are preparing for a massive uprising.”

Hagmann goes on to say that his sources tell him the concerns of the DHS stem from a collapse of the U.S. dollar and the hyperinflation a collapse in the value of the world’s primary reserve currency implies to a nation of 311 million Americans, who, for the significant portion of the population, is armed.

Uprisings in Greece is, indeed, a problem, but an uprising of armed Americans becomes a matter of serious national security, a point addressed in a recent report by the Pentagon and highlighted as a vulnerability and threat to the U.S. during war-game exercises at the Department of Defense last year, according to one of the DoD’s war-game participants, Jim Rickards, author of Currency Wars: The Making of the Next Global Crisis.

Through his sources, Hagmann confirmed Rickards’ ongoing thesis of a fear of a U.S. dollar collapse at the hands of the Chinese (U.S. treasury bond holders of approximately $1 trillion) and, possibly, the Russians (threatening to launch a gold-backed ruble as an attractive alternative to the U.S. dollar) in retaliation for aggressive U.S. foreign policy initiatives against China’s and Russia’s strategic allies Iran and Syria.

“The one source that we have I’ve known since 1979,” Hagmann continued.  “He started out as a patrol officer and currently he is now working for a federal agency under the umbrella of the Department of Homeland Security; he’s in a position to know what policies are being initiated, what policies are being planned at this point, and he’s telling us right now—look, what you’re seeing is just the tip of the iceberg.  We are preparing, we, meaning the government, we are preparing for a massive civil war in this country.”

“There’s no hyperbole here,” he added, echoing Trends Research Institute’s Founder Gerald Celente’s forecast of last year.  Celente expects a collapse of the U.S. dollar and riots in America some time this year.

Since Celente’s ‘Civil War’ prediction of last year, executive orders NDAA and National Defense Resources Preparedness were signed into law by President Obama, which are both politically damaging actions taken by a sitting president.

And most recently, requests made by the DHS for the procurement of 450 million rounds of hollow-point ammunition only fuels speculation of an upcoming tragic event expected on American soil.

These major events, as shocking to the American people as they are, have taken place during an election year.

Escalating preparatory activities by the executive branch and DHS throughout the last decade—from the Patriot Act, to countless executive orders drafted to suspend (or strip) American civil liberties  “are just the beginning” of the nightmare to come, Hagmann said.

He added, “It’s going to get so much worse toward the election, and I’m not even sure we’re going to have an election in this country.  It’s going to be that bad, and this, as well, is coming from my sources.  But one source in particular said, ‘look, you don’t understand how bad it is.’  This stuff is real; these people, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), they are ready to fight the American people.”

TruNews‘ Wiles asked Hagmann: who does the DHS expect to fight, in particular?  Another North versus South, the Yankees against the Confederates?  Hagmann stated the situation is far worse than a struggle between any two factions within the U.S.; it’s an anticipated nationwide emergency event centered on the nation’s currency.

“What they [DHS] are expecting, and again, this is according to my sources, what they’re expecting is the un-sustainability of the American dollar,” Hagmann said.  “And we know for a fact that we can no longer service our debt.  There’s going to be a period of hyperinflation . . . the dollar will be worthless . . . The economic collapse will be so severe, people won’t be ready for this

 Just to cite an example of America’s spiritual condition– US Defense Secretary Leon Panetta told the militant left Thursday night that “the area of climate change has a dramatic impact on national security. Rising sea levels, severe droughts, the melting of the polar caps, the more frequent and devastating natural disasters all raise demand for humanitarian assistance and disaster relief.” Really? This is just one more example of humanism and dominionism. The American people should demand that this man be removed from his position because he is delusional. Panetta, who is in charge of protecting our lives, families and property, ties national security to humanistic fraud.

Panetta, of course, is pandering to a liberal group to get their campaign support. The Environmental Defense Fund is a leftist group that bullies industry and uses the court system to legislate environmental policy. Panetta, however, has apparently not read the reports about the lies of global warming and its proven bad science. Recently compiled and documented by Examiner Columnist Mona Charen, global warming is a fraud.  Charen documented how the UN climate panel admitted that the melting Himalayas were actually not melting, and that drowning polar bears were not drowning. In fact, the entire “science” of global warming has been proven unfounded because scientists made up the data.Notwithstanding the pandering, it is deeply troubling that a man in as high of a position as Panetta would have a complete misunderstanding of the mission of the Defense Department and the US military. The Preamble to the US Constitution says, “We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.” The military is to provide for the common defense, not be an extension of the Red Cross for humanitarian aid.

Moreover, Panetta’s entire approach underscores the ignorance of this Administration regarding the times we live in. Yeshua tells us in Matthew 24:4-7 what the end times will look like: “Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.” Revelation goes into more detail. Our national defense is more threatened by the spiritual condition of the nation, than by global warming. Panetta is just one example.

Daily Jot readers are expressing their frustration about the nation: “A few months ago, I heard a youthful friend glibly say, “Well if we lose our freedom, we’ll still have Jesus.” My stomach curdled at those words as I thought, “You have no idea of what you speak.”… “I write the congress people, but they don’t care and just send back ‘thank you ‘ letters, etc. So I guess most people feel that they can’t do anything. We sign petitions that get passed around. What good do they do?  News writes what they want and most people don’t even get the true stories. Any suggestions for people?”… “What can I do to make a difference? I have written letters over the years to politicians. Seems to never make a difference…What more can I do?”

First off, we have to recognize the con game. Politicians encourage you to write or fax so that they can get your information and build a list on various issues. That way they can contact you to show you what a good job they are doing on issues of your interest. Organizations use petitions to get your name and email so they can raise money from you. Generally speaking, neither the politicians nor the lobbyists care a thing about what you think, they just want your information for their own purposes. Christian organizations are just as guilty. So beware. Your opinion doesn’t matter much, just your money and your information. Having confirmed why writing and signing is not effective, what to do?Mark 8:34 says, “And Yeshua called the crowds with his disciples, and he said to them, “Whoever is willing to come after me, let him renounce himself and take up his cross and let him come after me.” The cross was very offensive because it represented the worst of torture and death reserved for the worst of people. Yeshua was saying that following him will be difficult. Turning a nation back to YHVH is also difficult. The church has become like the world. Christians are apathetic like the Laodiceans. 2 Chronicles 7:14 is overused and underplayed. We are a whole lot about action that takes place from a computer or a chair, but we need to be about Ephesians 6:13, “having done all, to stand.” That is much harder.

I believe getting rid of the problem before us is like the example Yeshua gave regarding the demon that could not be driven out, only by prayer and fasting. Pray and fast for our nation. Beyond that we have to take action. So many will say that if you organize and take to the streets, you are being rebellious. I say that if we stand together overcoming evil with good, and we do it publicly in great numbers, we are not in rebellion, but crushing a satanic rebellion that has been allowed far too long. We need to put away this “dominionism” nonsense, and waiting for the rapture, and put our arms and legs and voices in motion in numbers. We need to be men and women of YHVH speaking boldly as we ought to speak. Anyone game?

Authorizing a $192 million aid package to the Palestinian Authority

President Obama has violated Section Three of the Palestinian Accountability Act of the United States Congress by authorizing a $192 million aid package to the Palestinian Authority. The Palestinian Accountability Act clearly and unequivocally stipulates that “no funds available to any United States Government or agency…may be obligated or expended with respect to providing funds to the Palestinian Authority.” By signing a Presidential Waiver and authorizing payment of the 192 million dollars Obama is unilaterally going against the law, the will of Congress and the wishes of the American people as expressed by their democratically elected representatives.

This is very dangerous because it flouts the American system of checks and balances and usurps the authority of both Congress and the law, by the President of all people. Obama is sworn to uphold the law and act within its restraints, not defy, circumvent and usurp it as he is doing here and as he has done on many other occasions. The use of Presidential Waivers and Executive Orders to circumvent and defy the law and usurp authority is nothing new for him. He must be stopped and this waiver, plus all the others for that matter, must be reversed if the American system of government is to survive and America is to be prevented from becoming a one-man dictatorship, the dictator being Obama.

Obama has done many things that are harmful to America and Americans during his time in office but his continual use of Presidential Waivers and Executive Orders is arguably the most threatening to freedom and democracy in the United States because it means that power is being concentrated in the office of the President and the person of Obama, that restraints on presidential power which have served the country well throughout its existence are being ignored or cast aside, that elected representatives are fast losing their authority and say and that the system of checks and balances is being whittled away and disappearing. Obama thinks he can act like a dictator instead of a President and his continual use of Presidential Waivers and Executive Orders, among other things, means he is doing exactly that.

He’s dead wrong, and hopefully the American people and their elected representatives will desert and reject him and show him how dead wrong he really is.

In justifying this latest Presidential Waiver Obama said that the aid package was “important to the security interests of the United States”. He’s dead wrong about that too. Its detrimental to the national security of the United States, extremely detrimental, because it will help to keep the Palestinian Authority in power and enable it to keep on carrying out its anti-American, anti-Israel, anti-Semitic activities (including its violent activities), because it rewards the PA for acting against the wishes of the United States in any number of areas and because it encourages the PA to keep on doing everything it can to torpedo peace negotiations and peace itself…it strengthens the Palestinian Authority which in turn weakens Israel, America’s most important ally in the Middle East and probably anywhere else as well, and makes war in the Middle East much more likely, war in which the U.S. cannot avoid getting involved in. That’s about as detrimental as you can get. Obama didn’t enhance or even maintain the national security of the United States by enacting this Presidential Waiver. He diminished it. A lot.

Message to America’s elected representatives in Washington:-Don’t let him get away with this.

Message to American:-Vote the guy out of office.

While you still can.
